VIP Choice Service SMS Program

By opting into the VIP Choice Service SMS Program, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, including appointment reminders, service updates, and exclusive offers.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the short code. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

To ensure compliance with industry standards and carrier requirements, VIP Choice Service follows the CTIA’s Short Code Monitoring Handbook and applicable legal standards.

Effective February 15, 2024, T-Mobile has introduced A2P 10DLC non-compliance fines for messages that include prohibited content. Violations are classified into three tiers:
Tier 1: $2,000 – Phishing, smishing, and social engineering.
Tier 2: $1,000 – Illegal content (content must be legal federally and in all 50 states).
Tier 3: $500 – All other violations, including but not limited to SHAFT content (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco) that do not comply with regulations.
Repeated violations may result in suspension from the T-Mobile Network. VIP Choice Service reserves the right to enforce these fines on users who violate these policies.
